Francesco Coatti

Francesco Coatti is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Member of the Strategic Committee and Head of Group M&A at Mediobanca since November 1998. In addition to this role, Francesco holds the position of Chairman at Arma Partners Corporate Finance Limited and Arma Deutschland as of October 2023. Francesco has also contributed as Head of the Italian branch (a.i.) at RAM Active Investments (Europe) from 2018 to 2020, and has held various non-executive director roles at RAM Active Investments, Cairn Capital, and Cairn Capital Group. Prior experience includes serving as Secretary to the Board at Telco and non-executive director roles in joint special purpose vehicles involving major financial institutions. Francesco's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance from Università Bocconi, complemented by additional studies in liberal arts and French language.
