Cathy Willenborg, SPHR

Cathy Willenborg, SPHR, has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Cathy began their career in 1995 as a Training Manager at PageNet. In 1999, they moved to Beneficial Life as Director of Staff Development. In 2003, they joined Chubb as Southern Zone Learning Manager, where they implemented development programs linked to key metrics and served as a performance consultant to executives and managers. In 2005, they moved to Crosstex Energy as Manager of Recruiting. In 2009, they joined NCH - Plumbing Products Division as Director of HR. In 2012, they moved to Petro Harvester as Director/VP Human Resources. Finally, in 2017, they joined Rix Energy Services as Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Mercatalyst as Director of Human Resources.

Cathy Willenborg, SPHR received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. Cathy also attended Port Neches Groves High School and went on to receive their MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
