Karoline Keane

Karoline Keane has extensive work experience in the financial and investment industry. Karoline is currently the Head of Product Development and Management at Mediolanum Irish Operations, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer at The Institute of Banking from November 2018 to January 2023.

Karoline also has a significant history with Man Group, where they held various roles over the years. From February 2019 to September 2020, they served as the Director of Investments DP | Product Structuring. Before that, they were the Director of Product Structuring and Sales Product Management from February 2016 to September 2020. Prior to those roles, they held the position of Head of Client Operations from February 2013 to February 2016.

Before joining Man Group, Karoline worked at Citi as a Vice President in Investor Services from 2010 to 2013. Karoline also gained experience as a Business Analyst & Client Relationship Manager at Koger Inc from 2009 to 2010, and as an Investor Relations professional at The Children's Investment Fund from 2007 to 2009.

Karoline Keane has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their career. In 2017-2018, they attended the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst school where they obtained a Level 1 degree. From 2009-2010, Karoline completed a Certified Project Management Diploma at The Institute of Project Management. In 2012, they furthered their education by earning a Diploma in Executive and Life Coaching from the Positive Success Group. In addition to these qualifications, Karoline has also obtained specialized certificates in Investment Management from the CFA Society of the UK and in Mutual Fund Services from the Institute of Bankers.
