Luc S.'s work experience spans over a period of 18 years, starting in 2001 and continuing until the present. Luc currently holds the position of Head of Product Specialist at Mediolanum Irish Operations since August 2019. In this role, they oversee the Product Specialist team and facilitates communication between the Investment team and other departments, ensuring the transfer of investment and product knowledge. Prior to this, Luc worked as a Senior Investment Specialist - Equities at Kames Capital from November 2014 to July 2019.

Before joining Kames Capital, Luc held multiple roles at Mediolanum International Funds. From June 2014 to October 2014, they served as the Chairman of MedLab, an innovation working group responsible for selecting and supporting R&D projects. Luc was also a Senior Marketing Manager at Mediolanum International Funds from November 2013 to October 2014, where they led marketing, PR, and client servicing efforts across channels and geographies in Europe.

Luc's earlier experience includes working as the CEO of Mackey Equestrian from April 2012 to July 2013 and as the Manager - Adviser to the MD from January 2012 to April 2012. Additionally, they served as a Global Equities - Client Portfolio Manager / Investment Specialist at Schroders from May 2010 to August 2011 and as an Institutional Investment Specialist, Asia & Australia at Pioneer Investments from December 2008 to April 2010. Luc began their career as a Senior Investment Specialist (VP) at Pioneer Investments from March 2006 to November 2008.

In 2005, Luc worked independently as a consultant, providing Key Account Management and Business Development training to Macquarie Bank Asian traders. Luc also pursued a full-time MBA at MGSM - Macquarie University from June 2003 to September 2004 and participated in a hedge fund project at Saphir Euro Opportunities from November 2002 to May 2003. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of UK Institutions - European Equity at CDC Ixis Securities from August 2001 to September 2002.

Luc S. began their education in 1987 at I.S.G, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration. Luc then went on to pursue further studies at La Sorbonne University from 1992 to 1994, earning a D.E.A degree in Finance with a focus on Capital Markets theory & Banking Strategy. In 2003, Luc S. attended the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) in Sydney, Australia, where they completed an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance, General. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued an MBA at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) in Sydney, Australia, with a focus on Business.
