Arjen Linders

Arjen Linders was appointed EVP Benelux in August 2019; in September 2022, Arjen was announced to lead DACH cluster alongside his responsibilities for Benelux. Arjen worked for Philips for 20 years, recently as Senior Vice President & Market Leader Personal Health and Sleep & Respiratory Care for Philips North America and prior to that as Cluster Leader Central and Eastern Europe. Starting his career in marketing, he expanded into sales, e-commerce and moved into general management roles internationally, where he played a key role in organic sales and market share growth, as well as online growth, digital transformation and direct to consumer business model creation. He has worked and lived in the USA, Czech Republic and the Netherlands. Arjen holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tilburg.
