Charlotte van Den Oever

Charlotte van den Oever has extensive experience in customer care and project management, currently serving as a Customer Care Business Partner at Mediq since January 2017. In this role, Charlotte is responsible for developing implementation approaches for new market propositions and overseeing the project portfolio for the Customer Care Center. Prior to this position, Charlotte worked as a Project Manager focusing on customer experience and support at Mediq, and held various roles at Nalco Water and Deloitte Consulting, including Product Marketer and Functional SAP Senior Consultant. Charlotte’s early career includes significant positions at Nalco Europe and Nalco Applied Services, where expertise in supply chain operations, procurement, and business process transformation was developed. Education credentials include degrees from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and NIMA.
