Mila Padilla Murcia has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Mila began their career at Citi as a Gestor de Cobros in 2007. In 2010, they moved to Mindesign as a Diseñadora de Modas. Mila then worked at Ritmica Disseny as a Diseñador de Moda from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Bodas.net as the Responsable de Equipo Customer Support y Bienvenida. In this role, they were responsible for organizing strategies for each country, increasing free profiles, growing web content, managing a motivated team, creating reports and KPIs, and developing projects based on needs. As of 2021, they are working at MediQuo as a Customer Success.
