Kristina Tekavec

Kristina Tekavec currently serves as the Head of HR Operations & Analytics at Bragg, having transitioned from her role as Managing Director at Medis, where responsibilities included strategic leadership, PnL management, team development, and legal compliance. Prior to that, Kristina held various positions at Medis, including Operating Manager, HRIS Implementation Lead, Regional HR Expert & Psychologist, Acting HR Manager, and HR Clerk, demonstrating extensive involvement in HR processes, employee management, and team leadership on an international scale. Kristina also has experience in administrative and market research roles, complemented by a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Ljubljana.
