Natalia Balaeva

Natalia Balaeva has over 28 years of work experience. Natalia began their career in 1991 as a Research Physicist at the Research Laboratory of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as an Engineer/UX Specialist at Meditek Medical Equipment. At The Ministry of Transport and Communications, they were a UX Engineer/Information Analyst from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2006, they worked at Omec BV as a UX Engineer/Information Analyst. At Use2travel B.V., they were a Teamlead R&D from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at TomTom as a QA Engineer and Senior QA Engineer. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Software Test Engineer at i-Optics. At Qualitas zzp, they were a Full-Stack QA Engineer from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Specialist ICT Bouw at Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek. Lastly, they have been a Software Test Engineer at Medis Medical Imaging Systems since 2019.

Natalia Balaeva received their Master's degree in Physics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) between 1986 and 1992.
