Hadar Ritte

Hadar Ritte has a long history of experience in Human Resources. In 2021, they began working as the VP of People Operations for Medisafe® and as an Independent Human Resources Consultant, assisting non-US based companies with people-related matters in the US. Prior to that, they were the VP Global HR for EarlySense from 2006-2021, where their responsibilities included resource planning and recruitment, training development, employee on-boarding, compensation and benefits, setting and implementing company policies, talent management and more. Hadar also served as the Site Manager for EarlySense's US subsidiary during the first 18 months of the company's activity in the US, setting up the US Company from all administrative aspects and handling all operational aspects of the office and business. Additionally, they were the Director of HR for EarlySense, taking a significant part in building the team and defining and implementing all HR processes and functions.

Hadar Ritte began their educational journey in 2002 when they attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and obtained their BA in Behavioral Sciences in 2005. Hadar then attended The College of Management Academic Studies from 2008 to 2011 and earned their MA in Organizational Development. In 2011, they attended Harvard Extension School to study Human Resources Management. In 2016, they attended American Academy of Project Management and obtained their Master Project Manager (MPM) certification.
