Nancy Blanchette is currently pursuing degrees in Human Resources at HEC Montréal and Computer Programming at Collège Montmorency. They have held various leadership roles at MédiSolution from 2019 to 2021, including Director of Customer Service and Operations, and Product Owner for Web-related HR solutions. Prior to that, they contributed to customer service and implementation at Nexxlink - Bell Solutions d'Affaires and managed personnel at CSSS de l'Ouest de l'Ile. Nancy also gained foundational experience in customer service roles at Gestion binaire - Cognicase - CGI.
