Hæge J.K. Wetterhus

Hæge J.K. Wetterhus is the current Vice President of Marketing at Medistim ASA. Hæge has over fifteen years of experience in the field of marketing and business development, including strategic responsibilities, product development, and P&L management.

Wetterhus began their career as an intern at Dynal Biotech AS in 2004, before being promoted to Business Development Associate the following year. In 2005, they moved to Invitrogen Dynal AS as Business Area Manager. It was during their time at Invitrogen that Wetterhus developed the first automated liquid handling platform based on Dynabeads technology. The platform was successfully launched in 2006.

In January 2006, Wetterhus joined Life Technologies as Segment Director. During their four years with the company, they successfully grew the business from negative growth to double digit growth. In 2010, they were appointed Vice President of Marketing at Medistim ASA, where they have continued to demonstrate their expertise in the field.

-BSc Honours in Molecular Biology from the University of Glasgow

-Business Management Diploma from BI Norwegian Business School

-Degree in Technical Analytical Chemistry from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences
