Jonas Crosby

Jonas Crosby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development for medical ultrasound imaging. Currently serving as a Software Team Leader and previously as an R&D engineer at Medistim ASA since November 2008, Jonas focuses on software specification, optimization, and implementation, alongside usability engineering and software risk management. Prior to this role, Jonas completed a PhD at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology from September 2003 to February 2009, where research centered on quantifying heart deformation and rotation using 2D and 3D ultrasound imaging. Educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Technology and a Master's degree in Engineering Cybernetics from NTNU, along with military training as a sergeant in battle tanks from the Cavalry Officer Candidate School.
