Nicole Franks

Nicole Franks has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Data Entry Analyst at Ezra Penland Actuarial Recruitment. Nicole then worked as a Data Analyst in Client Services Analytics for TransUnion from 2015 to 2017. After that, they joined All Hands and Hearts - Smart Response as an Engagement Coordinator in 2018 and later became a Partnership Manager in 2019. In 2020, Nicole worked as a Data Analyst III at IRI until 2021. Nicole then joined Avant Healthcare, initially as an Analytics Strategist from 2021 to 2023, and later as a Senior Analytics Strategist. Currently, they hold the role of Director, Insights at MEDiSTRAVA, an Inizio Company, starting in 2023.

Nicole Franks is currently a student of Professional Studies in the Physical Sciences program at Northwestern University, expected to graduate in 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics at DePaul University from 2013 to 2015. Nicole'sundergraduate education was at Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Criminal Justice from 2009 to 2013.
