Charlie Hardtke has worked in various positions throughout their career. Charlie started as a Director of IT at ChoiceCare in 1987 and played a crucial role in the company's transformation and growth. Charlie then worked as the Vice president of Operations at Loyal American, a subsidiary of Great American Financial Resources, from 1997 to 2001. In 2002, they became the Senior Vice President of Operations and General Manager at American Data Solutions Inc. After leaving ADSI in 2004, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at both MediSync and PriMED Physicians, where they helped medical groups achieve their goals and improve healthcare outcomes.
Charlie Hardtke completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1984 to 1987. In 2015, Charlie attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business to study Innovation. The end year for this program is not provided.
