Stephen MacDonald

Stephen MacDonald has a varied work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Stephen is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and Clinical at MediSystem Pharmacy since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Shoppers Drug Mart from May 2019 to October 2021. Stephen previously worked as the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Loblaw Companies Limited from November 2014 to May 2019. Stephen also had previous roles as the Vice President of Operations at MediSystem Pharmacy and Peer Relations at Shoppers Drug Mart. Stephen started their career as a Pharmacist at Lawtons Drugs in 1995 and later became an Associate Owner at Shoppers Drug Mart.

Stephen MacDonald attended Dalhousie University from 1989 to 1993 where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Pharmacy. Later, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Athabasca University.
