Kruti Maniar has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Salesperson for Pune FC and a Volunteer for Pune Youth Club (PYC). From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Maersk Global Service Centres, where they held the roles of Senior Associate and Operations Officer.
