Kruti Maniar

Kruti Maniar has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Salesperson for Pune FC and a Volunteer for Pune Youth Club (PYC). From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Maersk Global Service Centres, where they held the roles of Senior Associate and Operations Officer. During this time, they were responsible for creating and maintaining documents, team handling, mail handling, client relationship, performance management, training, and other ad hoc tasks. In 2015, they were a Senior Executive for Talent Transformation at Wipro and a Trainer at Speakwell Skills Academy. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at IDP Education Ltd as an Operations Executive, where they were responsible for evaluating IELTS examinations, conducting training and refresher training for IELTS evaluators, and maintaining performance management reports. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been the Content and Operations Manager at WellnessCoach, where they are responsible for hiring and onboarding coaches, creating and organizing schedules for classes, and managing and documenting live and on-demand content.

Kruti Maniar's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Business Management (IB) from the University of Pune between 2007 and 2010, a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2010 and 2011, a Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management from the National Institute of Event Management between 2010 and 2011, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cardiff Metropolitan University between 2014 and 2015. Prior to this, Kruti attended Indian School Al-Ghubra between 1993 and 2007. In addition, Kruti obtained a Certificate in TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) from ELS Language Centres in Malaysia in August 2014.
