Frank Grossman

Frank is the founder of IIG Consulting. Since launching his career as a high school science teacher and football coach, Frank has created exceptional classrooms, schools, and organizations guided by mission and driven by results. He has built teams rooted in trust and experimentation, forged strategic vision, and led processes focused on racial justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. He has established strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and created environments where all students could be successful. Ultimately, he strives to bring joy, passion, and success to the projects he takes on. Meditation has been critical for Frank to find balance and remain curious.
