Joshua Scarpaci

Joshua Scarpaci, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Joshua currently serves as the Regional Vice President at MediTelecare, where they are responsible for providing data-driven solutions in a constantly changing clinical setting. Joshua oversees 25 remote employees who deliver behavioral health services in over 60 skilled and long-term resident communities.

Prior to their current role, Joshua worked at Scrappy Designs from 2018 to 2023, specializing in hardscape and landscape redesigns. Joshua utilized their carpentry and woodworking skills during their jobs.

From 2008 to 2018, Joshua worked at the Veterans Administration. Joshua started as a Nurse and later became a Clinical Video Telehealth Coordinator. In this role, they managed a team of Telehealth technicians and ensured appointment completion within strict timeframes. Joshua also served as a subject matter expert on committees and work groups representing Telehealth activities. Additionally, Joshua developed and facilitated Green belt projects to assist the director and chief of staff.

Before joining the Veterans Administration, Joshua worked as a Nurse at American Nursing Care from 2004 to 2008 and served in the United States Army as a Nurse from 2001 to 2004.

Joshua Scarpaci holds a Master's Degree in MBA with a focus on hospital administration, which they completed at Sullivan University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Teaching from Xavier University between 1994 and 1999.
