Henrik Rosén

Henrik Rosén has had an extensive career in the technology industry. Henrik started their career in 1997 at IFS World Operations AB, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Development Manager CRM, Product Director Foundation1, Director Methods & Quality, Director Project Coordination, and Director Business Support. In these roles, they were responsible for managing development projects, improving product quality and development methods, and overseeing strategic actions and projects for business development.

In 2011, Henrik joined Medius, where they held several leadership positions. Henrik started as Director R&D and was responsible for the development and maintenance of the Mediusflow product. Henrik also played a key role in defining Medius' offering and developing the R&D operation and team. Later, they became Director Cloud Operations, overseeing the operations of the MediusFlow cloud solution and focusing on improving service availability, cost, performance, and security.

Henrik then moved on to become VP R&D, where they managed Medius' Research & Development activities, the Cloud Operations team, and the Global IT team. In this role, they led a multinational team and utilized Agile processes, DevOps, AI, and Cloud Technologies to deliver innovative updates to Medius' SaaS service and automate supplier invoice processes.

Most recently, Henrik has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Medius. In this role, they continue to lead the R&D team, the Cloud Operations team, and the Global IT team. Henrik'sresponsibilities include managing Medius' Research & Development, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering new updates to the SaaS service.

Throughout their career, Henrik has demonstrated expertise in technology, innovation, team management, and delivering value to customers.

Henrik Rosén obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Technology from Linköping University, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Henrik also completed a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in February 2018.
