Fernando Cacela, MBA, is a finance leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cost management, and strategic decision-making across various industries. Currently serving as the Manufacturing FP&A Leader and Group Plant Controller at Medline Industries, LP since December 2023, Fernando previously held positions including Senior Director of Finance at Brook + Whittle and Cenveo, where responsibilities included overseeing finance for multiple manufacturing plants and e-commerce brands, implementing KPIs, and driving cost-saving initiatives. With a strong background in project management, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance, Fernando also contributed to business development at manroland, Inc., HSBC Equator Bank plc, and Banco do Estado de Sao Paulo, showcasing a robust financial acumen throughout a diverse career. Fernando earned an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, along with a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
