Steve Bettis

Steve Bettis is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and leadership across various industries, including healthcare and luxury recreational vehicles. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for the ReNewal Division at Medline Industries since November 2013, Steve oversees two manufacturing plants in Oregon and California, focusing on operations, purchasing, product development, and customer service. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Earth2O and key leadership positions at various RV manufacturers, such as Monaco RV and Beaver Motor Coaches, where responsibilities ranged from production management to P&L oversight. Steve’s early career included serving in the United States Air Force as an avionics technician and supervisor, honing technical and leadership skills critical to their subsequent success.
