Richard Ferrari

Richard Ferrari is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the medical and investment sectors. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Tenon Medical, Inc. since December 2020, Richard also holds the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO at HeartBeam Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAT) and Tenon Medical since January 2018. With a long-standing role at Pulmonx Corporation as Chairman of the Compensation Committee, Richard contributes to a world leader in treating emphysema. As a co-founder of De Novo Ventures since March 2000, Richard has focused on evaluating and making investments for the firm. Previous roles include Managing Director at Cardiothoracic Systems and CEO at both Cardiothoracic Systems and Cardiovascular Systems. Richard Ferrari holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ashland University and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
