Hazem Rayan has extensive work experience in the field of HR Learning & Development and Training and Development. Hazem is currently working as the HR Learning & Development Unit Head at Medmark Egypt since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the HR L & D Senior Specialist at Medmark Egypt from January 2020 to November 2021.
Before joining Medmark Egypt, Hazem worked at TE data where they held various roles including Training and Development Soft skills Unit Head from December 2018 to January 2020, Training and Development Senior Specialist from January 2015 to December 2018, Training and Development Specialist from January 2014 to January 2015, and Learning Lead from January 2013 to January 2014.
Hazem'searliest work experience was as a Call Center Specialist at Vodafone from January 2012 to January 2013.
Hazem Rayan attended Ain Shams University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Archaeology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include "Customer Service Foundations" from LinkedIn in September 2021, "Competence Based Interviews CBI" from Job Master in 2020, "Change Management" from RITI in December 2017, "Train the trainer" from RITI in January 2017, and "Leadership and Management" from Brilliance Business School in February 2016.
