Ramin Shokrizadeh

Ramin Shokrizadeh currently serves as the Head of Product at MedMe Health since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ramin held several positions at Zendesk from May 2015 to May 2023, including Lead Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, where significant achievements included developing a Web SDK that attracted major enterprise clients and enhancing user experiences for millions of users. Earlier experience includes a Product Manager role at FreshBooks, managing product releases and improving conversion rates, and prior positions in support and customer service at Holland Bloorview and Apple Retail. Ramin holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and an Honors BSc from the University of Toronto.
