Anatole Norland has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Anatole started their career as an IT Intern at The Burgiss Group in 2009. Anatole then worked as an IT Intern at iCIMS in 2010. Anatole joined Hatch Mott MacDonald in 2011 as an IT Intern and later transitioned to the role of Technician III - IT. At Hatch Mott MacDonald, Anatole was responsible for overseeing key IT responsibilities, ensuring robust cyber security, managing big data, providing critical support for application and update deployment, and driving IT efficiency. Anatole also troubleshooted and repaired desktop computers and other equipment while being responsible for deploying images and software to computers locally and remotely. Anatole worked at Hatch Mott MacDdonald until 2015. Anatole then joined Gravitas as a Support Analyst from 2015 to 2017. After that, Anatole worked as a Senior Support Engineer at Linedata from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Anatole founded Actor's Pocket Guide and also started working at MedMen. At MedMen, they have held multiple roles including Infrastructure Engineer, Senior Infrastructure Engineer, and Staff Infrastructure Engineer.

Anatole Norland has a strong educational background in the field of technology and data management. In 2014, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Big Data Management and Data Mining from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. During their time there, they focused on data modeling, warehousing, and database administration. Prior to that, Anatole earned a Bachelor's Degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
