Yifat Ashkenasi Kotovski

Yifat Ashkenasi Kotovski has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Starting from 2007, they worked at Calanit, an IT services and consulting company, where they recruited and managed junior and senior technical positions. Yifat also handled mass recruitment initiatives and trained new recruitment staff. From 2011 to 2012, Yifat worked as a Consultant Recruitment at Top-soft, a software company delivering outsourcing services. Their responsibilities included recruiting technical positions, managing the entire recruitment process, and utilizing various recruitment channels. In 2012, they became a Project Manager at 099WEB, a company specializing in website development and design. Yifat managed the go-live process for websites and drove online promotion through various platforms. In 2014, they joined Welldone Software Solutions Ltd. as an HR Manager & Account Manager. Here, they handled full recruitment life cycles, managed employee onboarding and off-boarding, and developed employee retention programs. Finally, in 2018, Yifat became a Human Resources Manager at ANAGOG, where they oversaw human resources activities until 2022. Presently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at MedOne.

Yifat Ashkenasi Kotovski completed an MBA in Business Management (Executive Program) from Ben Gurion University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they earned a BA degree in Criminology, Sociology and Anthropology from Bar-Ilan University.
