Currently serving as the Marketing Head for India and APAC at Medorah Meditek Pvt Ltd since February 2023, Jitika previously held multiple leadership roles at Zimmer Biomet from October 2017 to March 2022, including APAC Project Lead for Recon and Medical Education Manager. Earlier in the career, Jitika worked at Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic Spine & Biologics, and GlaxoSmithKline, gaining expertise in customer marketing, product management, and key account management. Jitika holds an Executive Management Programme in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, a PGPM in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
