Caroline Wenzel

Caroline Wenzel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Caroline has worked at Medpace since 2018, currently holding the position of Director Clinical Trial Management. Prior to that, they worked at PAREXEL for ten years, where they held roles such as Senior Project Leader, Project Leader, and Senior Clinical Operations Leader. Caroline Wenzel holds a degree in Biochemistry from Freie Universität Berlin, where they completed their Dipl.-Biochem. from 1984 to 1989. Caroline furthered their education at the same institution, earning a Dr. rer. nat. in Biochemistry from 1989 to 1993. In 2015 to 2017, they pursued studies at Berlin University for Professional Studies, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies.
