Jazmyn M.

Jazmyn M. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jazmyn started their career as a Developmental Specialist at Live With Hope in 2013. In 2014, they became the Head Girls' Varsity Soccer Coach at Mountain Pointe High School.

From 2016 to 2018, Jazmyn worked as the Southeast Girls Director of Coaching at Sereno Soccer Club.

In 2016, they joined Darwin Research Group and held multiple roles including Podcast Producer, Project Director, and Human Resource Manager. As the Podcast Producer, they led the production of the Health Care Rounds podcast and communicated with the CEO to shape its direction. As the Project Director, they oversaw project execution and worked closely with the research staff. As the Human Resource Manager, they were responsible for recruiting, training, and maintaining HR policies.

From 2015 to 2021, Jazmyn worked at ESM Prep as a Senior Academic Mentor and later as the Assistant Director of Operations.

Jazmyn then held the position of Director of Business Operations at the Arizona Soccer Association from 2019 to 2022.

From 2022 to 2023, Jazmyn served as the Director of Operations, Performance, and People at OutScout, a start-up recruiting company. In this role, they took on various responsibilities such as modeling investment spending plans, creating sales KPIs, implementing reporting dashboards, and evaluating business procedures for continuous improvement.

Currently, Jazmyn is working as an Operations Consultant at HZ CPAs & Advisors, P.C. and as a Finance and Operations Manager at Medplace, both since 2023.

Jazmyn M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from Arizona State University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. This education was completed from 2011 to 2013. In addition, Jazmyn M. obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
