Rick Miles

Rick Miles has a strong background in project management, with experience in various industries. Rick is currently working as an Ops/IT Project Manager at MedPro Group, where they manage a large portfolio of projects and ensures their successful completion. Prior to this, Rick worked at TEKsystems as a Project Manager, where they developed and maintained project management plans and schedules and collaborated with stakeholders to develop implementation project plans. Rick also has experience as a Sr. Project Manager at Randstad Technologies US, where they established project requirements and managed medium to large scale implementations. Rick has also worked as a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst at iLAB, a Project Manager at CNO Financial, a Senior Project Manager at Cetani Corporation, and a Project Manager at BCforward. In these roles, they had responsibilities such as participating in testing activities, defining project scope and approach, and ensuring project deliverables were achieved. Rick's experience also includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Crowe Horwath LLP, where they led the installation and implementation of Revenue Cycle Services projects. Rick has also worked as a Project Manager at Passport Health Communications, where they managed multiple project implementations simultaneously. Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Rick Miles attended HB Plant High School from 1985 to 1988, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during that time. In 2019, they enrolled in Grace Christian University and is currently pursuing a degree in Leadership and Ministry. In July 2022, Rick obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
