Tim Kenesey

Tim Kenesey has spent a significant part of his career helping businesses define their strategy and grow profitably. Since 2001, Tim has been the President & CEO of MedPro Group (MedPro), a Berkshire Hathaway company. With a rich history spanning over a century, over $1.5 billion in premium and nearly $5 billion in “float”, MedPro is the nation’s leading provider of healthcare liability (HCL) coverage and risk solutions. Additionally, MedPro provides HCL insurance around the globe, delivers liability solutions to professionals in fields beyond healthcare, and offers specialized health insurance solutions to colleges and other customers. In addition to his role at MedPro, Tim is a director of certain other Berkshire subsidiaries.

Prior to Berkshire, Tim was an officer at GE Insurance and a Global Business Development Manager at GE Healthcare. Before that he was an attorney on the Mergers & Acquisitions team at global law firm Sidley Austin and began his professional career with KPMG, and was a CPA. Tim holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from the University of Illinois. He supports various community service efforts, including serving as Founder & Chairman of Fort4Fitness.
