Koray Kaya

Koray Kaya is a board member at Medrics. Prior to joining Medrics, Kaya served as the chairman at KKB Kredi Kayıt Bürosu from January 2010 to December 2011. Koray also worked as the head of retail credits allocation at Akbank from June 2009 to June 2012, where they redesigned all decision automation systems and increased process efficiency. From August 2005 to April 2009, Kaya served as the retail credits director at TEB, where they transformed the existing credit culture from traditional assessment to handle mass volumes of applications to individuals and small business companies by using advanced decision techniques. Prior to their work at TEB, Kaya served as a business consultant at Experian from March 2004 to August 2005 and as a retail credits supervisor at Garanti Bank from September 1995 to March 2004.

Koray Kaya has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from National University and a 65/100 in Civil Engineering from Yildiz Technical University.
