Rochelle Shearlds, MBA is an accomplished professional with a strong background in customer success and project management. Rochelle has held various leadership roles in companies such as Medrio, Success in Black, and CS Angel. With a Master of Business Administration in International Business, Rochelle has successfully overseen teams, managed client relationships, and implemented strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Rochelle is also a co-founder of Sweet Potatoes and Black Beans, a Philadelphia Dining Experience company. Rochelle is dedicated to elevating black professionals in customer success and investing in startups that improve Net Revenue Retention through their involvement in CS Angel.
