Sophat Loyn

Sophat Loyn has held a variety of roles in the medical technology industry since 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Manufacturing Technician 2 at Interlace Medical, where they assisted the R&D department in collecting data for product development and executed time studies to set up single flow assembly lines. Sophat then moved to BionX Medical Technologies, where they were a Service/Manufacturing Technician from 2014 to 2018. Sophat's responsibilities included evaluating incoming products, performing troubleshooting, and making repairs. Most recently, they have been a Technical Support Engineer at Medrobotics Corporation since 2018, where they diagnose customer equipment problems remotely via in-depth troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and maintains in-house Robotics systems, and makes updates to technical support and field service documentation.

Sophat Loyn received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2020.
