Sener Özel

Sener Özel has over 20 years of work experience. Sener began their career as a Skiftledare at McDonald's in 2000, where they had budget and personal responsibility for a shift of 20 people, and drove one of the shifts that had an annual turnover of 20-30 MSEK. In 2002, they joined Axstores as a Produktionsplanerare, where they were responsible for staffing planning, production and capacity planning, as well as analyses and follow-ups of key figures such as productivity, costs, quality and delivery precision. Sener was later promoted to Produktionsledare, where they had operational and personnel responsibility for a group of 20 employees. In 2009, they returned to Axstores as a Flödeschef, where they had budget and personnel responsibility for six direct-reporting group managers and around 100 collective employees. In 2014, they joined Logent as a Chef Projekt Management, where they had personnel responsibility for three project managers and was responsible for all implementations of new customer assignments and outsourcing affairs. In 2016, they joined StudentConsulting as an Affärsområdeschef, where they had budget and personnel responsibility for the east region with a turnover of 120 MSEK. In 2017, they joined Bergendahls Food as a Chef Terminal Bergendahls Food, where they had budget and personnel responsibility for Bergendahls Foods unit in Stockholm, which was 20,000 square meters. Sener had overall responsibility for the unit's budget, working environment, property issues, and all contracts and procurement. In 2020, they joined Coop Sverige as a Chef Online Terminal Coop, where they had ultimate responsibility for Coop's E-commerce terminal in Kungens Kurva. Sener had budget and personnel responsibility for several direct-reporting managers and around 200 employees. The unit supplied Mälardalen, Uppsala and Linköping and accounted for 35% of the total online turnover, which was around 400 MSEK/year. Currently, they are the Head of Logistics at MEDS Apotek, a position they have held since 2022.

Sener Özel attended Interna Utbildningar from 2012 to 2018 and from 2001 to 2011. Sener also attended Södertörn University, studying Företagsekonomi.
