Hamouraby Oz has over 17 years of experience in production and logistics management, currently serving as the Head of Production & Logistics at Mycronic since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading a team of five managers and overseeing all aspects of production for leading mask writers in the semiconductor and display industries. Prior experience at Mycronic includes roles as Production Support & Outbound Manager and Manufacturing Manager, focusing on optimizing production processes and managing larger teams. Earlier positions at Scania from September 2006 to January 2017 encompassed roles such as Production Supervisor, Quality Team Production Coordinator, Product Engineer, and Production Coordinator, emphasizing quality control and team management. Oz is pursuing further education at IHM Business School from September 2024 to February 2025.
