Hussein Ait Si Selmi

Hussein Ait Si Selmi has a long and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hussein is currently serving as the President of MedSat LLC since 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of President, Founder, and Majority Shareholder at ProComSat from 2018 onwards.

From 2016 to 2018, Hussein worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Future Technology S.A., where they played a crucial role in providing innovative wireless connectivity and broadband network services in West and Central Africa.

Hussein also has experience at O3b Networks, where they worked as the Sales Director Africa from 2015 to 2016. This role involved closing significant deals and establishing strong partnerships with organizations like the Atlantic Group.

In their career, Hussein has also held the position of Regional Sales Manager (North Africa) at Harris CapRock Communications from 2011 to 2013. During this time, they focused on providing high-performance communications solutions to clients operating in challenging environments.

Before that, they served as the Managing Director of ASTON from 2009 to 2011, where they provided innovative digital TV solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at TATA Communications from 2008 to 2011, offering managed solutions to enterprises and service providers in Northern Africa.

Hussein's earlier experiences include working as the Managing Director at Monaco Telecom from 2006 to 2008 and as the CEO of Societe des Hotels Centres d'Appels S.A., Synergie, Alcom, and Telway from 2004 to 2006. In these roles, they provided IT and Telco value-added services and managed telecommunication projects.

Hussein'scareer began as the Founder and Managing Director of ProComSat, where they managed sales teams and worked with various operators from 1995 to 2004. Overall, Hussein Ait Si Selmi has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and has held significant leadership roles throughout their career.

Hussein Ait Si Selmi's education history begins in 1987 when they enrolled at EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique, where they obtained a MSc in Electronics and Computer in the field of Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. During the same period, they also pursued a MSc in Telecommunications at ESTI Paris EPITA. In 1992, they attended SUPINFO and earned a CISCO degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. In 2008, they briefly attended Université Laval to acquire a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification in Project Management. Lastly, in 2009 to 2010, they studied at HEC Paris, completing an Executive MBA program specializing in Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal disciplines.
