Mandy Luttenton

Mandy Luttenton is a seasoned professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as Customer Success Lead at Medsender since May 2025. Prior to this role, Mandy held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at ModMed from January 2021 to June 2025. Mandy's career began at Alpha Data Systems, where the focus was on software training and support from July 2007 to January 2012. This experience was complemented by a diverse role as Project Manager and Software Trainer at Exscribe, Inc. from January 2012 to August 2023. Mandy is an alumna of Tallahassee State College.
