Alexandra Berish is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Associate at MedSleep since May 2018, Alexandra previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Investors Group Financial Services Inc. from December 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and managing vendor relationships. Prior to that, Alexandra held the position of Recruitment Coordinator (Co-op) at Investors Group, successfully sourcing and screening applications while improving recruiting processes. Early career experiences include roles as the Director of Swim at Adventure Valley and various positions at Camp Robin Hood and the City of Vaughan, where Alexandra developed leadership and communication skills. Alexandra holds a Postgraduate Certification in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
