Under Tracy's leadership, MedSource has achieved nationwide recognition, winning multiple prestigious awards, including Healthcare Traveler Magazine's "Recruiter of the Year." Previously, Tracy was a Senior Staffing Coordinator at TeamStaff Rx from 1998 to 2001, where responsibilities included employee relations and the development of a travel nursing division, significantly increasing billing metrics. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Department Manager at The Home Depot from 1992 to 1998, excelling in various store departments and earning multiple accolades. Tracy holds an Associate’s degree in Science, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from St. Petersburg College.
