Jessica Spraktes, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and generalist roles. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at MedSpeed since April 2022, Jessica previously worked at Healthcare Resource Group as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included recruitment, wellness program development, and policy enforcement. Prior experience includes serving as a Hiring Manager at Parker Toyota, overseeing HR functions for 140 personnel at AAGING BETTER IN-HOME CARE, LLC, and managing a university residence hall at the University of Idaho. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Idaho, obtained in 2015.
