Fiona L. Peart

Fiona L. Peart serves as the AVP of Organizational Development & Change Management at MedStar Health since November 2019, where leadership in talent strategy and the development of a proprietary Change Management model have been key responsibilities. Additionally, Fiona has been a Leadership Coach & Speaker with the John Maxwell Team since August 2016. Prior experience includes roles at Marriott International as Director of Change Management & Communications, executing Organization Effectiveness strategies, and various contractor positions managing Change Management initiatives at organizations such as Cargill, Bloomberg BNA, The Hershey Company, Phillips 66, and ConocoPhillips. Fiona holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford.
