Kate Wesley

Kate Wesley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at MedStar Health since August 2016, Kate has held various roles including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner within the organization. Prior to MedStar Health, Kate worked at Health Care for the Homeless as the Training and Development Manager and Human Resources Generalist, and at Catholic Charities of Baltimore as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Earlier roles include Human Resources Assistant at Good Shepherd Center and St. John's Community Services, as well as a Capuchin Franciscan Volunteer at The Franciscan Center of Baltimore. Kate holds a Master of Arts in Public Anthropology from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from SUNY Geneseo.
