Kelly E. Haynie

Kelly E. Haynie, DHA, MPA, FACHE, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center, bringing extensive experience from roles including Assistant Vice President of Operations at MedStar Harbor Hospital and Senior Director of Support Services at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center. In addition to a robust healthcare management career, Kelly holds a position as Adjunct Faculty at Towson University and has served as a Staff Sergeant (E6) - Medic/Instructor in the US Army. Education includes a Doctor of Health Administration in Health Care Leadership from Capella University and a Master of Public Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Baltimore.
