Minh Doan has worked in various positions since 2011. From 2011-2013, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Best Buy, where they trained newly hired employees, provided technical solutions to customers, and consulted them on various devices and equipment. During this time, they also worked as a Deli Clerk at Mariano's, where they exceeded customer expectations by providing faster than average slicing of lunchmeat and served foods such as salads, cheeses, and meals. In 2013, they began working as an IT Help Desk Associate at Lorenca Technology Security Solutions, where they handled and assisted in first line support and troubleshooting of various desktop applications and services. In 2016, they began working as a Tech Support Analyst at Medstrat, Inc, providing technical support for their PACS software (Medstrat application) via linux-server back end and customer workstations. Minh also troubleshot, analyzed, supported, and repaired the Medstrat application on multiple OS's such as Windows, Mac, and Apple iPads, as well as served as the first line of support for customers/clients.

Minh Doan has three education experiences. From 2019 to 2021, Doan attended DeVry University and earned a Bachelor of Computer Information Sciences in Cybersecurity/Computer Forensics. From 2014 to 2015, Doan attended the University of Illinois Chicago for Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, Doan attended Moraine Valley Community College and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Nursing.
