Stephen Fried, MD

Dr. Stephen Fried has been working in the medical field since 2009. Stephen began their career as an Assistant Professor of Medicine (Critical Care) and Assistant Professor of Neurology/Clinical Neurophysiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Stephen also worked as an Attending Neurologist, Division of Clinical Neurophysiology, Intraoperative Monitoring service at Montefiore Medical Center. In 2013, they joined Physiologic Assessment Services, a Medsurant Health company, as Medical Director. Stephen was later promoted to Chief Medical Officer at Medsurant Health in 2017.

Stephen Fried, MD completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art from 1996 to 2000. Stephen then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they completed a Neurology Residency at Montefiore Medical Center from 2005 to 2008, and then a Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center from 2008 to 2009.
