Lee Bechtold

Lee Bechtold has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Since September 2022, they have been working as an EMR Conversions Lead/Project Manager at MedSys Group, overseeing the implementation and execution of EMR support projects. Prior to this, from January 2022 to September 2022, they worked as a Sr. Business Management Consultant at Atos, where they collaborated with clinical operations teams to assess learning needs and designed tailored learning modules for proficiency in the EMR system.

From July 2021 to September 2021, Lee worked as a Training Project Coordinator at MedSys Group, where they coordinated and implemented training programs for staff and end-users of the Cerner EMR system. Additionally, they worked as a Site Lead from March 2021 to June 2021, leading a technology team providing services to COVID vaccination centers.

Before that, from January 2020 to March 2021, Lee worked as a Cerner VA Trainer/Content Development specialist at MedSys Group, focusing on training VA super users on the use of PowerChart, Revenue Cycle, and Registration and Scheduling.

Before transitioning into the healthcare industry, Lee worked in IT consulting and entrepreneurship roles, including serving as the Principal and Founder of Lifestyle Computing, an IT consulting firm, and as the Co-founder and Vice President of Lifestyle Concierge, a lifestyle management resource.

Lee Bechtold obtained an Associate's Degree from Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in 1994. In 2024, Lee is expected to complete a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Northwestern University.
