Katrina Holland

Katrina Holland is an experienced executive with a strong background in organizational leadership and membership services. Currently serving as the Executive Director at MedTech Color since January 2024, Katrina previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the American College of Nurse-Midwives from October 2020 to May 2023. Prior roles include Senior Director of Strategy and Business Operations at the National Association of Enrolled Agents (2015-2020), where oversight was provided for revenue-generating teams, and Director of Membership at the same organization. Earlier experience encompasses roles such as Director of Membership, Marketing, and Communications at the International Association for the Study of Pain, and Director of Member and Council Relations at the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, which included budget oversight.
