Carol is a pioneer of the internet and new media communications industries and has over 20 years of experience as a healthcare clinician. Carol is responsible for project management, product development, and customer care.  As part of the Medtel Care Team, Carol is dedicated to ensuring a positive user experience based on extensive workflow analysis and by listening to their client’s needs.
